JOB DESCRIPTION

Personal Care

Personal care services support individuals with daily activities (ADLs) to maintain their independence and dignity. Our certified caregivers provide top-quality care for your loved one's well-being and comfort.

Services include:

  • Bathing & Grooming

  • Dressing

  • Mobility Assistance.

  • Meal Preparation

  • Medication Reminders medications.

  • Vital Signs Monitoring

Hospice Care

Personal care services support individuals with daily activities (ADLs) to maintain their independence and dignity. Our certified caregivers provide top-quality care for your loved one's well-being and comfort.

Services can include:

  • Pain and Symptom Management

  • Emotional and Spiritual Support

  • Personal Care Assistance (Bathing, Grooming)

  • Medication Management

  • 24/7 On-Call Support

  • Respite Care for family caregivers

  • Companionship

  • Light Housekeeping

  • Meal Preparation

Homecare/ Companion

Homemaker/Companion service is for clients that do not need hands-on assistance, but would like some friendly company or need some help with routine chores that have become more challenging.

Services can include any or all of the following:

  • Light Housekeeping

  • Meal Planning, Preparation, and Cooking

  • Medication Reminders

  • Writing Letters

  • Playing Games

  • Accompanied Walks

  • Taking Vital Signs (CNA’s)
