Zara Toriaga, LPN
CEO, OWNER, AND ADMINISTRATOR
My career as a personal caregiver began in 2003, when I worked as a certified nursing assistant in a rehabilitation and nursing home in Bridgewater. Due to the dedication and care rendered to my clients, I was asked if I could help them as they recovered and transitioned back into their normal lives in a home care setup. This extra work ended up as a part-time job with my first and long-time personal clients, who are elderly sisters residing in Raritan, NJ. These women lived together as independent elderly women in their 80s who required personal care assistance. Through my daily duty to them, they became like family to me. As our relationship developed, they became very supportive of my dedication and passion for caring for myself and others, and they urged me to consider starting my network of caregiving providers.
Considering their motivations, and through the help of their many referrals to various family and friends in need, I have developed into an independent, assertive, and compassionate woman who can motivate and guide people to make positive changes in their lives and the lives of those around them. Through my 10 years of caregiving efforts, my network has become prominent, and I have gained the trust of many patients and family members alike. These experiences have taught me the importance of developing personal integrity and delivering overall excellence, which are the key requirements to be successful in this competitive and amazing field.
Overall, these experiences have also allowed me and my fellow workers to become known as reliable and loving caregivers to the elderly, especially those who choose to stay at home during the last phases of their lives. Every patient’s needs are unique, and we take our roles as caregivers to be not just professional but highly personal as well. Our caregiving network is composed of well-trained and outstanding individuals who are dedicated to high-quality and personalized care so that our patients and their families can enjoy each other’s company and support in both good and difficult times.
Our network is fully committed to providing competent service to the families of New Jersey, and we will preserve dignity, protect independence, and provide peace of mind to our patients and their loved ones by providing exceptional in-home care, regardless of their condition. We love our work, and we feel truly gratified and fulfilled by our ability to help families in need of our services.
